    It is tucked away via a short millstream, 500 yards upstream from Boveney Lock on the River Thames. Lying adjacent to Windsor Racecourse it offers scenic views and convenient access to Windsor and London.
  • Are pets allowed at Racecourse Marina & Lodges?
    Yes, up to two domestic pets are allowed per lodge. Dogs must be kept on a lead and not left to roam or cause disturbance. Persistent issues may result in pets being barred from the park.
  • Is parking available for lodge owners and visitors?
    Yes, dedicated parking is provided for lodge owners, with additional visitor parking available.
  • Can I sub-let my lodge at Racecourse Marina & Lodges?
    Yes, lodges can be sublet with appropriate insurances in place. Please visit our "Investment" page to find out more, or alternatively give us a call and we will be happy to go through it in detail.
  • What types of lodges are available for purchase?
    The development offers four lodge types: The Ascot, The Eton, The Henley, and The Windsor, each designed with open-plan living and high-end finishes.

  • Can I customise the lodge’s design?
    Yes, lodges can be personalised with a choice of colours, fixtures, fittings and furnishings.
  • Can the lease be extended or transferred?
    Yes, the lease can be extended or transferred, subject to the terms of the lease agreement.
  • Are the lodges leasehold or freehold?
    The lodges are sold on a 125-year leasehold basis. All leases have a start date of January 2022 and are registered with the Land Registry.
  • What are the annual costs associated with the lease?
